Quality starts with your requirements
Each product, facility and shipment is assessed against the buyer’s specification and destination requirements.
Grower & facility standards
GlobalG.A.P., ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements can form part of partner selection where required. Appropriately certified partners and certificate scope must be verified for each programme.
Plant health & export documents
Shipment documents may include a phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Applicable CAPQ and destination requirements are confirmed for each shipment.
Residues & traceability
Buyer and destination-market MRL requirements guide the testing plan. Laboratory residue testing and traceability records are coordinated where required.
Pre-shipment oversight
Agree inspection criteria and cold-chain monitoring requirements for the specific product and shipment. Evidence and responsibilities are confirmed before commitment.
Supplier certifications & food safety
Our planned supply network includes suppliers reporting the following certifications and food-safety practices. Coverage is specific to the certified grower, facility and product.
GLOBALG.A.P.
Supplier-reported farm certification. Product scope, certificate holder and current validity are checked for the proposed sourcing programme.
ISO 9001:2015
Supplier-reported quality management certification. Applies to the organisation and activities covered by its certificate.
HACCP principles
Suppliers report using hazard analysis and critical control point principles for food safety. This is presented as a practice, not a separately verified certificate.
